Terms and Conditions for Using Coach Accountable
Your use of our Coach Accountable constitutes your agreement to the following terms, conditions and notices. You may use our system only if you are at least 18 years of age and can enter into binding contracts and/or agreements. We will use our reasonable commercial efforts to keep our system available on a 24-hour/7-day-per-week basis, subject to necessary scheduled downtime for maintenance, unscheduled maintenance and system outages.You agree to be responsible for all your use of the system (as well as for use of your account by others, including, without limitation, minors living with you). You agree to supervise all usage of the system by minors under your name or account. You also warrant that all information supplied by you or members of your household in using the system are true and accurate.
Indemnity: As a condition of your use of these products, you agree to indemnify Coach Accountable, LLC and its Suppliers and their respective parent and affiliate companies from and against any and all liabilities, expenses (including attorney's fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting from your use of the system. Coach Accountable, LLC is not responsible for any disruptions experienced in your plans due to system conditions.
Modification of these Terms and Conditions: Coach Accountable, LLC reserves the right to change at any time the terms, conditions and notices under which the system is offered.
