You get ten 50-minute individual coaching sessions over the course of three months. Typically, we'll meet once per week; however, we can meet more or less often, based on your needs and our schedules.
In these sessions, we’ll discuss issues that are important to you and your campaign. This is both flexible and highly individualized.
Together, we will evaluate your campaign skills and emergent issues. Topics are tailored to your needs and could include:
- Fundraising and campaign finance;
- Developing a stump speech and public speaking;
- Social interactions and retail politicking;
- Selecting a campaign manager (if financially feasible); and/or creating your campaign plan and budget;
- Finding/evaluating other resources;
- Issues related to the campaign or work-life-campaign balance.
Before each coaching session, you will complete a worksheet designed to help you focus on your goals for the upcoming session and how you would like to use your time, so we focus on your top priorities (whether they be skills-based or otherwise related to your campaign).
What's the cost?

$1,500.00Regardless of whether you’ve taken a candidate training class, this package can help. Together, we will evaluate your campaign skills. I’ll recommend appropriate training programs and/or professionals and help you as you implement what you’ve learned in those programs.
What do I get?
You get eight 50-minute individual coaching sessions, which will focus on skill development. Topics could include: fundraising and campaign finance; developing a stump speech and public speaking; social interactions and retail politicking; creating your logo/brand; curating your social media presence; selecting a campaign manager (if financially feasible) and/or creating your campaign plan and budget; finding other resources; learning about other campaign marketing tactics (and understanding how to determine if they're worth it); and building a kitchen cabinet and developing trusted sources. Before each coaching session, you will complete a worksheet designed to help you focus on developing the skills you wish to enhance.
