Committing to this 60-minute Introductory Group Coaching Session (up to 8 participants) could be one of the most powerful decisions you’ve made for yourself in a long time. The purpose of this Worksheet is to give me some context for YOU and what you're dealing with so our time is the most effective it can be.
This group is for individuals who are ready to take action, either by leaving a narcissistic relationship or who have already left and are now focused on rebuilding a better, healthier life. If you're still in a place where you're trying to make it work with a narcissist, this group is not the right fit . My coaching is focused on moving forward, not staying stuck.
Our time together will center on:

During this session, I’ll address each participant’s situation within the group setting. If you're comfortable, I may speak to you directly about your experience in front of the group to offer real-time insights. Please know that everyone will have a chance to share and receive guidance.
