Our Structure
- Kickoff Session: This is the most structured time together. We dig in on what the goal ACTUALLY is, what completion looks like, and what non-completion looks like. We do that thing that's kind of annoying but works: working backward from the goal to lay out what we're doing each week for 10 weeks.
- 9 Accountability Sessions: Pretty simple. You show up and transparently share what you did, what you didn't do, what got in your way, and what helped.
- Between Sessions E-Check-Ins: Automated text/email reminders to knock things out, and easy ways to track via metric graphs if you find these helpful. Opt in or opt out anytime.
- Buddy System: Another Someday to DONE member as your personal accountability buddy. Set up whatever structures work for you both to keep each other on track.
- Online Group: Use it to brag, see what others are doing, and keep each other moving.
