Power Sessions offer structure and accountability to help you START and COMPLETE anything on your personal or professional “to- do” list.
How It Works
- Show up knowing what task you will work on during the power session.
- The ADHD Coach will facilitate the session. The 2 hour session will be broken down into four 25 minute "work sprints" with a 5 minute break in between.
- You are permitted to come and go as you wish.
- Everyone will be on mute.
- Option to have camera on or off.
