Kelin supports partners, freinds and groups to work through conflict more lovingly and skillfully. She draws from transformative justice teachings, deep knowledge of trauma and the nervous system, Internal Family Systems, and Decolonized Nonviolent Communication. Kelin works with folks whose health struggles have been minimized and dismissed by doctors. She supports people to build trusting and nurturing relationships to their bodies and to navigate the alternatives for care.
We all have “parts” we want to outgrow – inner critic, procrastinator, blame-shifter etc. When we meet these parts with curiosity and compassion, they tend to chill out. Kelin’s Internal Family Systems framework and somatic coaching support you to build more collaborative relationships with your parts, so you can live from presence, creativity and courage.
