Hyperfocus Session Policy: Non-Refundable and Rescheduling Terms
1.Non-Refundable Policy: Hyperfocus sessions are non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations made with 24 hours' notice.
2. Rescheduling Option: Clients may choose to reschedule their Hyperfocus session to a different time without incurring additional charges, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
3. Cancellation Within 24 Hours: If a client cancels a Hyperfocus session with less than 24 hours' notice, the session fee remains non-refundable.
4. Rescheduling After Late Cancellation: In the event of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours' notice), clients who wish to reschedule will be required to pay another Hyperfocus session fee in full.
5. Client Acknowledgment: By scheduling a Hyperfocus session, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by this non-refundable and rescheduling policy.
