Coaching is a collaborative process designed to help you gain clarity, set goals, and identify practical next steps. It’s not therapy, and I won’t give advice or diagnosis instead, we’ll work together to explore your options and strategies.

Confidentiality:
Everything discussed remains confidential, except where required by law or professional ethics (for example, if there is risk of harm or illegal activity).

Cancellation Policy:

• Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are none refundable.

• If I need to reschedule, I’ll give as much notice as possible and offer an alternative slot.

Payment:
Payment is due in advance to confirm your booking.
