2-hour workshop, offered virtually to learn the steps of working together to make effective, reliable, and implementable decisions, even in hierarchical structures


Research shows that people are more likely to support and implement decisions when the process feels fair. In this workshop, we’ll practice collaborative decision making in conjunction with restorative practice to create authentic, equitable, and inclusive engagement in decision making.


You’ll leave with a clearer process for making decisions with your team in ways that strengthen relationships, support accountability, and improve outcomes.

  • Learn basic tools for engaging in collaborative decision making

  • Learn the 3 Es for reliable collaboration and implementation:

    • Engagement

    • Explanation

    • Expectation Clarity

  • Explore integrative thinking tools for complex decision making

  • Assess your current decision-making process and identify opportunities to strengthen it
