Research shows that people are more likely to support and implement decisions when the process feels fair. In this workshop, we’ll practice collaborative decision making in conjunction with restorative practice to create authentic, equitable, and inclusive engagement in decision making.
You’ll leave with a clearer process for making decisions with your team in ways that strengthen relationships, support accountability, and improve outcomes.
