Individual Korean Hand Therapy (KHT) Educational Sessions
Thank you for your interest in an individual KHT session with Dr. Barbara de la Torre.
These sessions are available only to current or former KHT students who have completed KHT training with Dr. de la Torre. They provide individualized teaching and guidance to help you develop your understanding and practical use of Korean Hand Therapy for self-care or, when applicable, within your professional scope of practice.
What can we work on?
Your session is tailored to your goals, experience, and level of KHT training. Depending on your needs, sessions may include:
- Review of a specific concern or case
- KHT assessment and treatment-selection strategies
- Correspondence therapy and hand microsystem applications
- Meridian and channel approaches, when appropriate to your level of training
- Point and treatment selection
- Review and refinement of KHT techniques
- Guided application of KHT for self-care
- Discussion of KHT applications for others within your professional scope of practice
- Follow-up and refinement of a previously discussed KHT approach
The goal is not simply to tell you what to do, but to help you better understand how to think through and apply KHT based on the training you have received.

Session Options
Single 60-minute KHT Session — $180
For focused teaching, case discussion, self-care guidance, or follow-up.
3-Hour KHT Bundle — $510
Three hours of individual KHT instruction. After the initial 60-minute session, remaining time may be scheduled in 30- or 60-minute appointments.
6-Hour KHT Bundle — $1,000
For students who would like more sustained guidance, follow-up, and development of their KHT skills over time. After the initial 60-minute session, appointments may be scheduled in 30- or 60-minute increments.
9-Hour KHT Bundle — $1,460
For students seeking an extended period of individualized KHT teaching and mentorship. After the initial 60-minute session, appointments may be scheduled in 30- or 60-minute increments.
How does it work?
Select the session option that best fits your needs, complete this brief form and agreement, and submit payment.
Your first appointment will be scheduled for 60 minutes so that there is adequate time to review your goals and establish the focus of your KHT work.
If you purchase a bundle, subsequent appointments may be scheduled for either 30 or 60 minutes and will be deducted from your remaining balance.

- Payments are nonrefundable.
- Bundled KHT session hours are available for 6 months from the date of purchase. Any unused time expires at the end of that period.
- The first session is a minimum of 60 minutes. Subsequent bundled sessions may be scheduled in either 30- or 60-minute increments.
- These sessions are available only to current or former students who have completed KHT instruction with Dr. Barbara de la Torre. Teaching and guidance will be appropriate to the student’s prior level of KHT training.
- Individual KHT sessions are educational and mentorship services and are not telehealth medical visits. They do not establish a physician-patient relationship and are not a substitute for medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment by your healthcare practitioner.
- KHT guidance for the care of others is limited to applications appropriate to the participant’s professional training, licensure, and legal scope of practice. Participants are responsible for practicing within their own scope.
- If you are using KHT for self-care, you remain responsible for seeking appropriate medical evaluation and care for health concerns. KHT educational guidance should not be used to delay or replace necessary medical care.
- Prepayment is required before an appointment may be scheduled.
- No-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will be deducted from the purchased session or bundle balance.
