Agreement for Classes/Mini-Sessions with Stephanie/Dan Holmes. Upon deposit received, you are enrolled. This is not a therapy group, and we do not claim to be therapists in this group environment. The purposes of our courses/classes are to educate and equip you about your neurodiverse marriage.

By paying your deposit, we assume you have read and agree to this class agreement.

By signing this form, I agree to:

1. I want to be enrolled in a Zoom-based class, and my $200 deposit is non-refundable.

2. After the $200 non-refundable deposit is received, the remainder of the class must be paid before the class starts. Late payment may result in not getting continued group links unless the amount is paid (unless there are extenuating circumstances and you have reached out to Dr. Stephanie about them in advance).

3. There are 4-8+ sessions per class, depending on the course you have signed up for. You agree to make attendance a priority, understanding that there are no refunds for missed classes or quitting a course. The class payments are paid by month. We understand when things happen or schedule changes. Credit for another course has only been given in the case of a job or health change that meant the individual could no longer attend.

4. The only class that is recorded by Dr. Stephanie is Redefining Us since it is a 4-week mini-class. All recordings are for your use only and not to be shared with others outside of the group or shared in any way on social media.

5. When you take a spot in the class, the class is closed, and someone else will not be able to take the spot should you drop the course. There are no refunds.

6. We prefer (unless you are driving or walking) that your video be on during the course. Please keep your mic off unless sharing to help with ambient noise.

7. Dan will cover each course that he may or may not record. Usually, Dan usually only records the teaching portion if he records.

8. Please choose a quiet place with a good Wi-Fi/internet connection for class time. Please make sure someone will not be able to enter the room as this feels like a violation of privacy to the rest of the group.

9. Some members may have vertigo and request that no fans or spinning objects be on in the background or during walking or movement.

10. Keep class a safe place for others in how you share, and that you will not share anything with anyone outside of class.

11. You are welcome to connect with classmates outside of class, but Stephanie/Dan will not facilitate that or be responsible for interactions outside of class.

12. We ask you to keep sharing 2-3 minutes to allow space for many to share in class time.

13. Understand classes are to supplement your personal or marriage work, and our classes are not classified as mental health provider work and cannot be used for insurance billing.

PAYING YOUR $200 Deposit Assumes You HAVE READ and AGREE to the Class terms.

For classes in 2026, discounts will be applied to Patreon Members who have been members for 3+ months and only apply to that individual member unless the couple has a couple’s membership.
