Whether you work in mental health, education, or client services, you can sometimes face obstacles in your work that your training never prepared you for. Maybe you’re a therapist with polyamorous clients, but no training in how non-monogamy works. Maybe you’re a teacher who wants to infuse more politicized content into your curriculum, but don’t know where to start. Together, we can find powerful, impactful solutions.

Using a combination of one-on-one and group sessions, we will make sense of the dynamics in your connections to help heal discord, solve problems, and move forward in compromise. Similar to individual coaching, we will use emotional processing, workshopping, education, and goal-setting to improve upon the issues presenting in your interpersonal relationships. This way, everyone feels heard, held, and part of a solution toward values alignment.

In these one-on-one sessions, we will work to understand where you feel stuck in your interpersonal relationships and how you’d ideally like to see them look, given your values. This information then allows us to use emotional processing, workshopping, education, and goal-setting to move you from a place where you feel stressed or unhappy to a place where you feel more authentic and aligned in your connections.
