This is your chance to describe a recurring experience you strongly dislike, in as much or as little detail as you are willing to. The whole point is for you to be heard and understood. 

In the 20th minute, I'll check if it's okay that I go quiet for 60 seconds and invite you to do the same. I do that to offer you space and privacy to assess for yourself whether you feel safe and curious enough to even want to explore possible futures.

We coud take the 10 minutes we have left to look at how much or how little relief I might be able to guarantee you on the very short term.
