- Initial Appointment: A 2-hour intensive investigative appointment. Complete worksheets and history forms in advance. Additional information and questions can be addressed in the portal, 24/7.
- Remedy Delivery: In about a week, you’ll receive your initial remedy/remedies. Instructions are printed in the portal, and you can book 15-30 minutes with Lise to get set up.
- First Check-In: 7-10 days after taking the remedy, a 15-30 minute check-in to assess progress and suggest modifications where needed.
- Months 2 & 3:
- Weekly check-in appointments, usually 15-30 minutes, once a remedy is taken. Periodic progress reviews are scheduled as needed.
- Deeper dive sessions are booked when necessary, including remedy changes, further remedy recommendations, microbiome support, counseling, or strategy sessions.
- Each client is an individual, and we customize our work accordingly. Lise commits to doing what needs to be done, using your time effectively. If things go quickly, great! If more work is needed and your body responds, Lise will put in the time.
- Behind-the-Scenes Work:
- Beyond our appointments, Lise and the crew hustle behind the scenes, fine-tuning remedy protocols, schedules, and detox plans to keep your progress seamless.
- Sometimes a remedy needs to continue working, and interrupting it may be counterproductive. Healing is individual, and this process evolves uniquely for each client.
Continuation options are available.
- Custom step-down packages for ongoing maintenance, support both emotional and physical.
- 3 and 6 month continuation plans

- Hourly support for when you decide you want it.

Follow-up appointments focus on what happens after taking the remedy, rather than revisiting history. This can be a very quick call or forms, and maybe a call. If you feel there’s more to say, you’re encouraged to share on the portal.
