This engagement includes everything needed to go from zero to actionable insight.
What's included
- Logistics & rater setup call: a 30-minute session to walk through the process, select your raters, and get the platform configured.
- 360 assessment: you and your raters (typically 10–12 people across peers, direct reports, and leaders above you) complete the assessment online. Rater responses are anonymous. Collection takes approximately 2–4 weeks.
