Welcome to the INTEGRATED Cohort Application
INTEGRATED is a guided 6-month cohort experience for leaders who desire to live and lead from a more grounded, integrated place.
Through leadership formation, reflection, prayer, discernment, and honest conversation, participants are invited to better understand what has formed them, how they respond under pressure, and how they are being called to live and lead moving forward.
This application is intended to support mutual discernment, healthy cohort fit, and placement into one of the 2027 cohort options. There are no perfect answers and no need to overthink your responses. Simply answer honestly and thoughtfully.
The application should take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
For 2027, INTEGRATED will include two in-person cohort options and one virtual cohort option.
The in-person cohorts will meet in Grand Coteau, LA once per month for a half-day gathering over six months. The virtual cohort will meet for two hours twice per month for six months.
2027 COHORT INVESTMENT:
The 2027 INTEGRATED Leaders Cohort investment is:
In-Person Cohort: $2,500
Virtual Cohort: $1,950
The investment includes the 6-month cohort experience, workbook, assessments, client portal access, brief reflection between sessions, and cohort facilitation. In-person cohorts also include retreat center space and meals.
Payment in full is preferred prior to the first session.
If unable to pay in full prior to the first session, a $750 initial enrollment payment reserves is due upon acceptance to reserve your place in the cohort. The remaining balance may be paid in up to three scheduled payments.
Clergy support may be available through Elevare or participating dioceses.
Additional diocesan subsidy options may be available for priests in the Diocese of Lafayette and can be discussed during the acceptance and enrollment process.
Optional one-to-one coaching may be added for participants who desire additional personal support during the cohort.
