What is AH Coaching? 

AH Coaching offers an in-depth, hands-on level of support for those following the Always Hungry? Solution. This is your chance to work with an AH Coach and tailor the AH Solution to your specific needs.

What Can You Expect?

  • 3 months of 1:1 coaching with on-going support and individualized guidance
  • Support for all three components of the Always Hungry? (AH) Book Program: Prep Phase, Phase 1 (Your Rest), and Phase Two & Beyond.
  • Daily prompts, tasks and/or inspiration from your coach, all at your fingertips through a mobile app/website
  • Tools and affirmations to support effectively changing your habits
  • Videos and visuals to make the AH program easier to understand
  • Six (6) one-on-one video calls with your coach, approximately 45 to 60 minutes each
  • One copy of each of our books: Always Hungry? and Always Delicious.
  • Access to new videos, menus, recipes, and resources developed for this program to tailor AH to your specific needs. This includes specialized resources for food preferences or diets like vegetarian, dairy-free, gluten-free, etc.

Cost of the Program

  • The total cost of the AH Coaching 3-Month Jumpstart Program is $1,250.00 USD.

About this Application

The questions in this application are intended to help us understand who you are. This will allow us to prepare you for success in the Jump Start Program and pair you with a coach who will best serve your individual needs. While this is a no-obligation application, it is an important step in the process. Thank you, and we look forward to working with you for maximum success and inspiration throughout your AH journey.

Timing – What to Expect

The following outlines our current target timeline for the application process.

Step 1) 
Submit your application. You will be notified of approval or additional questions within 7 business days.

Step 2) 
After application approval, you are eligible for a free 15-minute call with an AH Health Coach to ask any questions. You will be sent an email to schedule this call.

Step 3) 
Choose your start date and begin paperwork. Start dates for the program start every other Monday beginning on January 3, 2021. There are extra enrolment opportunities in January. 

Step 4) 
You will receive an invitation to create a login for our AH Coaching App and a welcome video to introduce your coach.

Step 5) 
Finally, you will be asked to finalize paperwork and payments.
