This group is for anyone ready to reclaim their power in relationships, whether it's with a partner, family member, or friend, If you've felt unheard, dismissed, or stuck in old patterns, you're not alone and you’re not powerless. Or if you want security in the fact that you are in a healthy relationship this group will give you much needed insight. Here, we dive into real conversations about boundaries, communication, emotional clarity, and self-worth. This is a space for you to rise, reflect, and reconnect with your inner strength. You're not just surviving your relationships, you're learning how to lead them with confidence and purpose.
During this session, I’ll address each participant’s situation within the group setting. If you're comfortable, I may speak to you directly about your situation in front of the group. Rest assured, everyone will have their concerns addressed during the session. If you feel you’d benefit from deeper focus or personalized clarity, I encourage you to book a one-on-one session.
