This support is for ADHD students preparing for the Junior or Leaving Cert who need help deciding what to focus on and how to use their time realistically.
It includes:
1 × 60-minute Planning Session to clarify priorities, set realistic goals, and create a clear, manageable plan
6 × 30-minute One-to-One Support Sessions, used flexibly for planning and review, body doubling, exam strategies (managing pressure, prioritising questions, using time effectively), and stress and energy management
The focus is on exam-relevant work, clear structure, and steady progress using ADHD-friendly approaches that reduce overwhelm. Exam results or grades are not guaranteed; the aim is better decision-making and a more sustainable way of preparing.
