Bonus: Entrepreneur's Pick

CoachAccountable is in a unique and powerful position.  We have a mature platform with product-market fit, and are already securely profitable.  At the same time, we're also tiny: it's just me with Jaclyn helping with support.  Full creative control, full independence, fully able to calmly run things already serving thousands of coaches (recently, Jaclyn managed singlehandedly while was off email for 3 weeks to ride a camel in the Sahara).  Accountable to no one but ourselves and our customers, we largely keep to ourselves in our corner of the internet and are thriving anyway.

If you are entrepreneurially minded, in reading the above you might think to yourself "Holy moly, there's so much more they could be doing with this thing!"

You're probably right.  Even I myself have more up my sleeve, but candidly it's just not appealing to me personally to launch and promote these things without having a team to back me up.

So there's a lot that could be done beyond fulfilling the roles I already know to want, and thus space for someone to be and grow materially into more of a partner role, beyond the typical employee/employer relationship.

The bar for this is high, but so too is the opportunity for reward.

If you are high agency, self-driven and motivated with ideas and the ability to execute, able to and accountable for materially moving the needle, we can talk.

With this endeavor already so well established and over 12 years in it's not exactly like getting in on the ground floor, and the only route to this level of partnership is through demonstrating excellence in one of the other roles.  Even so, eventual salaries north of $500K, and perhaps even some share of ownership are not off the table.

I mention all of this to make it clear the growth potential available for any job with CoachAccountable given our aforementioned position.  Managing employees is okay and I'll do it (poorly) if pressed, but I would love to be working with people who are entrepreneurially driven and want the chance to positively flourish.
