You can create group items that are shared with all or some of the group. This allows for collaboration and communication amongst your group members.

Clicking the plus sign next to Group Stream brings up the group item adder. 

When added, a group item appears in the Group Stream. For certain items, you'll be able to see the overall performance of the group, as well as how each individual is doing with regard to that particular item.
