Your coach may assign you worksheets to complete. Head to the Worksheets tab to see both your assigned and completed Worksheets. 

You have to be logged in to complete Worksheets. You can’t fill them out via email.

The good news is that email reminders of the worksheets will contain a magic link that, when clicked, will take you right to the worksheet, ready to fill out. Worksheets can even be done on a web-enabled smartphone if you're not averse to a little pinch-and-zooming.

Worksheets come with a due date, but otherwise you can work on it at your own pace. Click Save if you'd like to pick up working on it again later, or else click Complete when it's all done. This will submit the Worksheet to your coach as done.
