On this page, you'll be able to customize your group-related messaging preferences and opt-in directory settings.

As a member of a group, you'll potentially receive communications from your coach and fellow group members. 

You can choose to receive communications from other group members as emails, or just wait until you log in to your group.

If there's an Opt-In Directory for the Group, you'll also see options to include yourself in the directory and choose which information you'd like to share.

If you are in more than one group, you can set separate communication preferences for each group.
