As you're filling a Worksheet out, you'll have the option to save your progress or mark it complete.
Clicking 'Save' will simply save the work you've done so far. While, clicking 'Complete' means officially submitting it to your coach as finished.
Once completed, a Worksheet becomes part of your record; living in both your Completed Worksheets section and in your Stream.
If your coach deems for whatever reason that a Worksheet is not complete, they can un-mark it so, effectively sending it back to you to work on further.
Note: You'll also receive Reminders to complete your Worksheet with a link that brings you directly to your Worksheet, ready for you to fill out and complete.
