Yes! You can choose between mm/dd/yyyy and dd/mm/yyyy. You can also choose the time format, such as 1pm vs. 13:00. Do this by clicking on your name >> My Account 

In User Profile you can scroll to the bottom of the page and change the time and date formats.

Your clients can also change this for themselves. They'll click on their name >> My Account >> User Profile as well.
