CoachAccountable will ask if you'd like to append recently created Actions to completed Session Notes. This saves you from having to manually type out the Actions assigned to a client during an appointment:

Which Actions count as having been "created around the time of your session"?

Specifically:

• Actions created between 1 hour prior to and 2 hours after the declared date & time of the Session Notes, and
• Actions created within 4 hours of the moment those Session Notes are marked completed.

Note that these times aren't necessarily related to the time you started the Session Notes. The system pre-populates the declared date/time based on the start time, but you're able to modify it freely:
