The Past Appointment Report allow you to see a variety of Appointment-related information. You may want to see, for example, which Appointment Type is most frequently booked by your clients, or which clients cancel more often. From the Home Screen, click the Appointments tab, then click the Past tab
You can choose to show non-canceled, canceled, or all Appointments, filtering by either all clients or a select client. Choose whether or not to include inactive clients, set your date range, and click Load to generate the report.
For recent past Appointments (within the last 7 days) that were scheduled but didn't actually happen, you have the option of canceling these Appointments. Click cancel on the right-most side of the report. You can also uncancel if you made a mistake.
The icon next to the "Length" allows you to quickly view the Session Note that coincides with that Appointment date and time.
Export this report to CSV by clicking Download as CSV. Click Print to print to PDF or through your printer.
Alternative Location for Viewing Past Appointments
You can also access a specific client's Past Appointment Report in their Overview tab, towards the bottom of the Appointments column.
