Assuming the appointments you schedule in CoachAccountable are an accurate accounting of the time you've spent with a client, you can use the Past tab in the Appointments page to keep tallies of client time.

For a specific client's appointments, you can access their Past Appointments Report through their Overview.

Appointment Reports also give a comprehensive view of all appointments scheduled in the system.
