CoachAccountable syncs directly with Google Outlook, and iCal calendars.
Sync your calendar so that the system knows when you're actually free, to avoid double bookings, and to have your online calendar accurately reflect your schedule.

First set up the Calendar Feed.
Then set up your Availability Exceptions.
Privacy Considerations
When you sync your calendar, you will then tell CoachAccountable WHICH of your calendars you would like it to read from (i.e. which calendars it should read from to accurately determine the complete picture of when you are free or not).
CA will in turn read from these calendars, and use the data found there to accurately offer options of when you are and aren't available. You may rest assured that the details on your calendars will NEVER be visible to anyone but yourself. You yourself may review what event data CA has pulled, and CA will cite ONLY TO YOU the specific reason you're not available for a given time as a handy bit of context. Everyone else will simple be told you have a conflict. :)
