Problem Syncing with Microsoft Outlook

If you aren't seeing your CoachAccountable appointments on your Outlook calendar, first double-check you've done the setup correctly. 

Next, make sure you're using the correct Outlook email address. If you have more than one, this could be the problem.

Then, check to make sure you're using the proper Outlook calendar. It's possible you are syncing with Outlook.com online, but NOT with your Outlook desktop calendar. Those are two separate pieces of software.
