As part of your Offering setup, you're able to choose which coach a newly signed-up client should be initially assigned to, like so:

Sometimes, Offerings are such that each coach has their own; thus, the owning coach is naturally the one to which new clients should be assigned.
However, in larger organizations, it sometimes works nicely to set this coach as an administrative figure who is ultimately responsible for pairing a new client with the most fitting coach.
This could be based on, for example, an intake form the new client might fill out (incidentally, having such a Worksheet be part of the Offering sign up process is a lovely way to handle that sort of data collection automatically!).
This is also a way to ensure that any coach-client matchmaking is done from within your organization.
