You should use Companies if you are coaching:
- A Company (or business partners)
- Couples
- Families
- Children
The first one may seem obvious...but the other three are just as relevant.
The great thing about Companies, outside of being able to organize clients, is that you can designate a party (e.g., accounts payable, a manager, a spouse, or a parent) as Personnel to pay invoices, and have access to certain reports, while the Clients can have their own login and do coaching with you.
A Company Engagement can keep the invoicing automation you've grown accustomed to in CoachAccountable, sending invoices to Personnel while Clients get the appointment allocation. And using a Company Group makes membership management a breeze when you need to meet with or coach multiple clients of the Company.
Moreso, you can issue and track Company Agreements.
